The Monticello Group: HIT Recruiters Blog

I created and maintain The Monticello Group's blog.

The Monticello Group on Twitter

The Monticello Group on Facebook

I created and maintain The Monticello Group's facebook page.

The Monticello Group: Client-Focused Collateral

This is a document I created as a (client-focused) marketing tool based on the levels of service offered by The Monticello Group.  Again, it is built on a template but I provided the majority of the content.

The Monticello Group: Candidate-Focused Collateral

This is a marketing document I created as a full cycle recruiter; it is built on a template, but I came up with the overall layout and the majority of the content.

The Monticello Group: Virtual Candidate Interview Prep Module

This is something I put together in my spare time; I wrote the script and used a software program to create the video.

Extra Mile Dog Rescue + Piedmont Pet Pantry Press Release

I created this press release to help promote a food drive in support of the Piedmont Pet Pantry during October 2010.

Extra Mile Dog Rescue + Piedmont Pet Pantry Food Drive Poster

I was asked to create a flyer promoting a food drive in support of the Piedmont Pet Pantry in October 2010.

Extra Mile Dog Rescue + Piedmont Pet Pantry Anti-Chaining Poster

I was asked to create a very simple, informative flyer outlining the dangers of, and possible alternatives to, keeping dogs chained for extended periods of time to be posted at distribution sites.

Extra Mile Dog Rescue on Facebook

I created and maintain the facebook page for Extra Mile Dog Rescue.

Extra Mile Dog Rescue Blog

I reached out to the leaders at Extra Mile Dog Rescue over a year ago after discovering them through the Whole Foods Bag Refund Program.  I became involved with the program on a number of levels.  On a volunteer basis, I currently manage the areas of social media including a blog, and marketing as needed on behalf of the organization and I am a regular food distribution volunteer at the Almost Home Pet Adoption Center in Lovingston.

ECE Website Redesign Project

While the School of Engineering and Applied Science provided a template, I proposed the layout and page flow for the new website.  In particular, it was my suggestion to clearly define the academic programs section into four distinct options: Undergraduate and Graduate Programs in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.  Overall site maintenance was my responsibility and I added seasonal events pages for the Industrial Advisory Board and Graduate Recruitment Weekend.  The Recruitment Weekend page is still active and remains unchanged, again, with the exception of dates and contact details.

ECE Graduate Program Brochure

This is an original document I created during my tenure that is still in use; you can view it on the department website here.  I developed the concept, wrote the text, designed the layout and personally took three of the photographs.  It appears as though only two modifications have been made since I left in 2008: (1) the dates have been changed and (2) my name has been replaced with my successor's.
